KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 1 — Malaysia has successfully reduced the number of new human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cases to 3,146 in 2020, or 9.31 cases per 100,000 population, through various prevention, control, treatment and care efforts implemented by the government over the past three decades.
